At Global Systems Headquarters, privacy of individual visitor data is of primary importance. The GSH-Inc.com online store allows you to buy products and services, receive special discounts, apply for credit, and receive newsletters, e-mails or other promotional information from us. Purchases

We collect your name, address and payment information to process your order. However, you may provide credit card and purchase order numbers by telephone.

We collect information contained in “cookies,” such as your purchases and log in data, to personalize your shopping experience. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement and gather demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable sites. IP addresses may be used in fraudulent charge investigations.

E-Account

We collect your user name, password, e-mail address, secret question, and answer to your secret question to protect your E-Account. We use your secret question and answer to identify you as the account user if you have forgotten your password. You can help us ensure your privacy by not sharing your user name or password.

E-Account Update

You must create an E-Account to subscribe to our e-mail update. We use your E-Account information in connection with your subscription.

Ordering

When you order from us, we collect personally identifiable information from you. If you order one of our products or services, we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information, order number, referring URL, IP address, page you bought from and a password. We collect this, and other information, as disclosed in this Policy, in order to fill your order, to communicate with you about your order and to send you promotional materials. Gift Certificates

If you purchase a gift certificate from our site, you will give us the recipient's name and e-mail address if you wish to send the certificate by e-mail. If you wish to send a certificate by regular mail, you will give us the name, mailing information and phone number for the recipient. The recipient information you give us will only be used to send the gift certificate and for no other purpose.

A special note about children's privacy

You must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this site. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 13 years of age. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age and believe that they have disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at customerservice@gsh-inc.com so that we may delete the child's information.

Sale of the Company
