Return
and Warranty Policy
All items presented to Global Systems Headquarters,
Inc. (“GSH”) for warranty handling are subject to inspection for, but not
limited to: physical damage, misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Items may be refused if found to be physically damaged, misused, mishandled, or
improperly installed. GSH may elect to test an item returned for warranty
processing at a later time, while giving the customer a replacement on good
faith. All items found to be in
proper working order after testing by a GSH technician, will be returned to the

Within 14 Days from Original Purchase
Items in re-sellable condition may be returned for a refund with
accompanying invoice. Items that are not in re-sellable condition, missing
original packaging, documentation, cables, drivers, or any component that was
part of original purchased item, may not be returned. All items will be returned at current market value or purchase price,
whichever is less. All items
returned for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer Initials

After 14 Days from Original Purchase
Items in re-sellable condition may be exchanged if they are defective and
accompanied by original invoice, include original packaging, documentation,
cables, drivers, or any component that was part of original purchased
item. Items that are not in re-sellable
condition will not be replaced. After
30 days, the item will be exchanged for the same model product only. If
the item is not in stock, the customer will wait for a replacement to be

Product Warranty
All items carry a one-year
warranty through Global Systems Headquarters, Inc. Some items carry a longer
warranty through the manufacturer.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours. No exceptions.
